No Refund

We do not offer any cash refunds once a tips package order has been placed, under any circumstances. It is our policy that once you purchase a tips package, no cash refunds will be issued.

We do have the industry leading win guarantee which gives you credits equal to the amount of your package, deposited into your account, in the rare case our tips package was unsuccessful. This effectively guarantees you the win and full value for your money.
